Ms. Ammons
was raised in Kalispell, Montana and has lived in Western Montana during her adult life. She graduated from Nursing School at Montana State University at Bozeman in 1982. As a nurse she worked in hospitals and clinics in Kalispell and Missoula and led a state-wide health campaign on children’s issues. Ms. Ammons graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2001. After Law School she traveled to Eastern Europe to see the rebuilding of the Balkan countries post-war. It was there that she saw acts between governments and ordinary people that made her want to become involved in the Constitutional issues that are an integral part of every criminal case in the United States and should be throughout the world. Constitutional issues are also the foundation of every Civil Rights case. As an attorney, Ms. Ammons practices law across Montana. She specializes in criminal defense,civil rights, personal injury, and other health related legal issues.
